Excellent! I was so pleased with this. The fact it was an actual drawing rather than a copy and paste photo makes the item so genuine. It was so cool to be able to look at the piece really closely and see each stroke.

This is our second purchase from this shop. We couldn’t be more pleased with the results!! The first part of the purchase was a second edition of the first purchase by adding the family pet. The second part was another custom portrait of my boyfriend and all 4 of his daughters as superheroes. We printed one for each and they all loved it!!! I highly highly recommend using this shop!! This made the absolute Best Christmas Gift!! I purchased the family portrait (with the dog addition) for my best friend and her two kids. They absolutely loved it! The process was so easy, communication was great, and I was able to review the portrait before receiving the final file. I was then able to use the high resolution file to have it printed and framed locally. The final product came out better than I could have imagined! Absolutely blown away by how great this turned out! It was meant as a present and was met with both tears and laughter. Ivan was lovely to work with as well. He somehow managed to capture our three furballs perfectly from a couple of pictures. I've ordered the digital only simply because I wanted to make sure it would arrive in time for Christmas and didn't want to risk shipping it to the UK. Got it printed at a local shop and it's now proudly hanging on the wall. I will be returning for one of my own personal zoo!

I can’t thank the seller enough for how perfect the picture I ordered turned out! Communication was very courteous and prompt, and he made the entire process so easy! I asked for one modification prior to finalizing the transaction, and he was very willing to do it, and quickly! I ordered this almost last minute as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend, with the understanding it might not be finished in time, so I was both surprised and excited when it was! The seller was able to take my photos and brief descriptions of our cats, and somehow picked outfits and poses that seriously matched their personalities! It’s both extremely funny, yet beautiful!
